DAPUR RAMADHAN DISTRIBUTION IN PATANI

On the 5th day of Ramadhan, HaRUM’s delegates visited the Patani province of Thailand to execute our Misi Kemanusiaan dan Kasih Sayang (Humanitarian and Love Mission) for the underprivileged and the effort has positively impacted the development of education locally and throughout the archipelago.

On our first day, we were headed to Maahad Tahfiz YM AlMarhum Baba Wan Abdul Aziz, an important ulama in Patani whom have returned to Allah and left behind his wife and 40 students.

The HaRUM delegates came with wishes of love and gifts from Malaysia as a sign of support for Almarhum’s dream which is for his students to grow in good nature and tremendous faith in Allah. Almarhum’s benevolence have taught the people of nusantara (the archipelago) a lot and his efforts should only be continued and appreciated.

We were also able to convey the Great Qur’an as Waqaf from Layar Temir Network for use in the Maahad throughout Ramadhan and in their monthly Khatam Alquran ceremony.

Our visit has strengthen our relationship with the large family in the archipelago in the spirit of togetherness. May this Ramadhan bring a thousand blessings to all of us.

HaRUM also used this opportunity to distribute the aid of Misi Dapur Ramadhan to 40 students of Islahudeen Islamic School in Yala, Thailand which is under the care of Syeikh Wan Abdul Qadir.

We were pleasantly surprised that our delegates we were welcomed by almost 500 students and teachers of the school. We felt the joy and the togetherness of a family even though our contribution may not seem much and that has brought us closer.

Ramadhan is beautiful especially when shared.
